How to return your goods
At Australian NaturalCare we want to make ordering online as easy and stress-free as possible. If you’re not satisfied with your order, simply return the bottles, opened or unopened, within 60 days of delivery and we will happily refund the cost of your purchase. The original delivery charge is not refundable.

Don’t forget to include your name and address details with your returned items so we can organise your refund. If you paid by credit card, we will automatically issue the refund to the credit card used to pay for your order. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please call 1300 365 020.
Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a tracking method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the returns guarantee. Claims without return of damaged goods will not be refunded.
Australian NaturalCare cannot guarantee the quality of any food products delivered internationally due to extended shipping times and weather. Food products are not returnable to Australian NaturalCare from international destinations.
