Morning Kick Starter

Give your body a great wakeup call and kick start your metabolism, cleanse your liver and fight inflammation with this yummy morning tonic.
- 1 cup of water
- The juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 5 cm of fresh ginger finely diced
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Boil the water. While the water is boiling, place the rest of the ingredients in cup, once the water has boiled, pour the boiling water over the ingredients and let it steep for a few minutes. Strain before drinking, then enjoy!
