Choco Treat Balls

Ingredients

2 cups of fresh dates, pits removed. (If using dry dates use 3 cups and soak them in boiling water for 10 mins first)

1 cup nut butter of your choice (almond, hazelnut or ABC are great choices, you can also use tahini)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Desiccated coconut for rolling

 

Method

Place everything except the desiccated coconut in a food processor and blend. Put the desiccated coconut in a bowl. Once the mixture is smooth, spoon it out and roll it in the coconut. Store in the fridge or freeze for later. You can make the balls as big or small as you like.
