RESCUE® Remedy is a unique combination 5 Bach™ Original Flower Remedies which has become trusted by millions of people around the world to provide support during demanding times. The remedy was originally created by Dr Bach to help deal with emergencies and crises and get you through stressful situations such as last minute exam or interview nerves, or following an accident or bad news.
Ingredients:
Impatiens: A fast acting ingredient for lowering stress levels and calming impatience.
Star of Bethlehem: For past (long and short term) trauma and shock.
Cherry Plum: For when you are feeling out of control, for encouragement and sense of self.
Rock Rose: For situations in which one experiences panic or terror.
Clematis: To bring one around to the present moment, to help ground an individual.
Rescue remedy is best used to help deal with immediate problems.
