How to get around our site
We want you to think of us as your traditional healthfood store. Use your shopping basket to hold your items until you reach the checkout. Our Naturopaths are always on hand to answer any of your queries regarding our products and your ailments. Please feel free to contact them via the email link at any time. Often the answer can be more complicated than you would expect and the naturopath's may require more information from you, such as your lifestyle, age, health history etc. Please ensure that when you contact our Naturopaths you provide them with a day time contact phone number just in case they need to call you.

FINDING THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU NEED

We have tried to make ordering and moving around our site as easy as possible for you. There are three main ways of finding the products that you need. These are:

The Express Lane

This has been especially developed for customers who already know what they want to order. It doesn't provide any information on the product or it's ingredients. This enables the page to load faster and has more than one product on the page. Simply click on the letter the product starts with. A list of all the products will appear and you simply scroll to the one that you want and then click on the "add to basket" link for the correct quantity and type of order. A message window will appear on your screen advising you that you have added the product to your basket.

Our Products

This page has all the Australian NaturalCare Products' product categories listed in alphabetical order. Just click on the category that the product you want falls into. For example if you are interested in Vitamin E, simply click on the Vitamin E heading and a page listing all the Australian NaturalCare Products' Vitamin E products will appear. Some information relating to the category that you have chosen will also be on this screen. When you have found the product that you are interested in, you just need to click on it and all it's information will appear on another page. This includes the ingredients, dosages etc. You can order from here by clicking on the "add to basket" link for the correct quantity and type of order. A message window will appear on your screen advising you that you have added something to your basket.

Ailments List

This page has a search engine that allows you to type in any word relating to a product or ailment you are interested in. It will then provide you with a list of product suggestions from our range. To access more information on the products it has suggested, just click on their link and you will be sent to the product information page. This includes the ingredients, dosages etc. You can order from here by clicking on the "add to basket" link for the correct quantity and type of order. A message window will appear on your screen advising you that you have added something to your basket.

Specials

This page lists our latest specials. Updated every four weeks, our specials categories range from 30% off to Buy one get one free to many more (please note that not all specials categories will be available at all times). Our specials page lists the products on special under each category in alphabetical order. Scroll down to see what's on offer. Read our explanation on what you need to do to receive your special. Enter in the quantity of the product in the box next to the product you wish to order. Click on your tab key and then on the add to basket button to add the product to your order. A message window will appear on your screen advising you that you have added something to your basket.

"View Basket" (Adjust and/or review your order)

Just like in a normal shop, your shopping basket holds onto the products you want to buy until you proceed all the way through to the check out. At any stage while viewing our site, you can click on the "View Basket" button on the left hand side of the page. This will show all the products that you have put in your basket and it also lists them under the order type you have chosen, eg a Club 4 Frequent Buyers order (which will arrive to your door automatically every 3 months) or a standard order. This screen also includes qty, price and total money spent so that you can monitor what you have placed in your basket before going to the checkout. It's just like shopping at the supermarket. You can clear everything from your basket, remove items or just have a look - and then you can keep shopping. Your order will not be placed until you have proceeded through the checkout, filled in your details and clicked on the "Submit" button.

The Check Out

When you have finished putting everything you need in your basket please proceed to the checkout. You will find this button on the left hand side of your screen. Once you are in the check out window, it will show you exactly what you have ordered including Club 4 Frequent Buyers Member's Orders, the quantity of bottles and how much it will cost you. Your order has not been confirmed until you have clicked on the submit button at the end of the last screen. You will be asked to select a method of postage.

POSTAGE

There are two different forms of postage that are available to our customers. The first is Australia Post, which will deliver within 10 days of placing the order. This type of delivery costs on $6.95 per order. The alternative method of delivery is via Express Post. This will get to you in 3 days and costs $8.65. Please note that the delivery times are subject to change without notification. Once you have chosen your postage method, a new page will appear where you can enter all your personal details and delivery address, prior to selecting a payment method.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are a number of ways in which to pay. Please note that Club 4 Frequent Buyers orders must be paid via credit card. Our payment options include:
Credit Card via Secure Server
To send your credit card details via the secure server, please fill in the details at the check out and click the submit button.
Credit Card via phone, Order via Secure Server
To send your details via the secure server please skip the credit card details section on the orderform and click the submit button. A sales staff member will contact you for your payment details. If you have chosen this method please ensure that you provide a daytime contact phone number.
Credit Card via fax or mail
Click on the relevant payment option, skip the credit card details and click on the submit button. This will bring up the relevant form for you to fax or mail.
Cheque or money order via mail
Click on the payment by mail option, skip the credit card details and click on the submit button. This will bring up the relevant form for you to fill out and mail with your cheque or money order. Please do not post cash.

Please note that if you select credit card payment - we won't charge your card until the order has left our warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How accurate is the information?
Here at Australian NaturalCare Products we aim to offer our customers the best quality vitamins for the lowest possible prices. We do everything possible to ensure that the information contained on our site is accurate, however we do not guarantee that our site is free from typographical errors or omissions. If you do spot an inaccuracy please let us know so that it can be rectified.

Due to the nature of this interactive medium we will be making changes and improvements to the site regularly. Please call again.

2.What if I'm still not sure what to take or need to know more about a particular product?
Simply go to the "Naturopathic Advice" page and send an email to our Naturopaths who will then contact you in relation to what you should take, when to take them and how many to take. Our Naturopaths are all fully qualified and are always more than happy to help with any of your queries. Don't forget to include your day time phone number so that they can call you back if they require more information in order to determine the right supplements for you.

3. What is your returns policy?
Here at Australian NaturalCare we do everything we can to make shopping with us a pleasure. If you are unhappy with the quality of a product please call our customer service hotline on 1300 365 020 within 2 months of purchase and let one of our customer service team know. Then wait for a returns kit and send any un-opened bottles back to us for an exchange or refund of it's purchase price (postage and handling excluded).

4.Can I order from outside Australia?
At present we do not have the facility to accept orders from outside Australia. In the near future however, we will be adding this feature to our site.
