Tropical Smoothie Recipe

 Contains: Pineapple, Coconut Water, Chia Seeds and Banana, the perfect smoothie to start a summers day!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1  Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup chopped fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup peeled, diced Mango
  • 1/2 Cup peeled, seeded granny smith Apple
  • 4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Acai powder

Method:

  1. Soak Chia Seeds in Coconut Water for at least 20 minutes (or overnight if possible)
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high power blender and blend
  3. Enjoy!
