Which Magnesium is best for me?

With so many Magnesium supplements on the market, it can be confusing when trying to choose the best product. You should look for a product which provides you with a form of Magnesium that will be effectively absorbed by the body. Minerals need to be bound to a carrier molecule to aid in their absorption and transport around the body.
The type of molecule a mineral is bound to affects how well it is absorbed and utilised. Some forms are more bioavailable in the body than others, depending on the carrier molecule they are bound to.
Some well absorbed forms of Magnesium include:
- Amino acid chelate.
We’ve given you an easy summary of our products and their benefits in our range, so you can choose the best Magnesium supplement for you.
Magnesium Chelate 1000mg
Form of Magnesium used: Amino Acid Chelate.
Benefits: Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate is one of the best absorbed forms of Magnesium as it is attached to an amino acid molecule, which means it can easily travel along the digestive tract without getting trapped by other compounds. It is also less irritating on the gut than other forms of Magnesium.
