Returns & Refunds

At Australian NaturalCare we want to make ordering online as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to keep, for whatever reason, then simply return the unopened bottles within 60 days of delivery and we will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods. (The original delivery charge is not refundable.)

Don’t forget to include your name and address details with the goods.

If you paid by credit card, we will automatically issue the refund to the credit card used to pay for that order.

If you paid by cheque we will apply a credit for the refund amount to your account. If you would prefer an alternative to a credit please call 1300 365 020 to request a different arrangement.
