It's Easy to Order
There are four easy ways to order our vitamins and supplements. Simply choose the one that suits you.
Order by phone
Call 1300 365 020 to speak to a friendly customer service representative.
Phone hours: Monday to Friday EST - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Order online
To order online, you will need to have an online account with us.
If you already have an online account:
- Click on the Log In option at the top of every page before you start shopping, or log in once you've started the checkout process. If you're a Club 4 member, logging in before you start shopping will ensure you see your low Club 4 prices and reduced postage throughout the site.
- Use the Returning Customer option to enter the email address and password you used to set up your online account. If you've forgotten either of these you can use the handy reminder function. Or call 1300 365 020 and a customer service representative will be happy to help.
- Once you've finished shopping click on the Checkout button in the shopping cart at the right of every page.
- You can add or remove products, or change the quantity in your order at any time by using the shopping cart
- Follow the steps to confirm your delivery address and delivery method
- Enter the coupon code for any promotional coupon you've been sent to claim any special discounts or free gifts
- Click on the pay by credit card button to pay for yor order
If you're ordering online for the first time*:
- Start shopping for products. Once you've finished shopping click on the Checkout button in the shopping cart at the right of every page.
- You'll be asked to set up your new online account. Enter the email address and password you want to use for your account.
- Follow the steps to set up your account details and delivery instructions
- You can add or remove products, or change the quantity in your order at any time by using the shopping cart
- Enter the coupon code for any promotional coupon you've been sent to claim any special discounts or free gifts
- Click on the pay by credit card button to pay for yor order
*If you have ordered from Australian NaturalCare before but this is the first time you have used the website you will need to set up an online account so please follow the steps for a New Customer and input your Australian NaturalCare Customer number into the account set-up form.
Paying for your order online
Once you click on Pay by credit card you will directed to a secure payment processing page hosted by ANZ Bank. Simply choose which credit card you want to use and enter your card details
Your payment will be processed and an email receipt will be sent to you confirming your order details.

Send a letter (no stamp required) or download an order form (right-click for PC and use Save As..., control-click for Mac) and mail it to:

- A phone number we can contact you on during business hours

How long will it take to receive your order?
Internet, phone, fax and mail orders received before 12pm EST will be processed the same day.
Delivery is $6.95* regardless of how many products you order and includes insurance for lost goods. Club 4 members only pay $5.95 postage.
You can also choose Australia Post Overnight Express ($8.65) or pick your order up from our showroom if you'd like to save on postage.
