Tribulus has traditionally been used to support sexual function and vitality, as well as to help enhance energy levels during times of physical exertion. The B group vitamins are necessary for the conversion of food into energy, and both choline and inositol help metabolise and emulsify fats in the digestive system.  Zinc provides nutritional support for the male reproductive system and also assists in the production of healthy sperm. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant carotenoid. It appears to concentrate in the prostate gland and contribute to the support of prostate health. Selenium provides nutritional support for prostate health as well as heart muscle function. Studies have shown that antioxidants are more effective when taken in combination rather than separately.
